John, 68, of New York City, formerly of Paterson and 
Totowa, died tragically on January 29th. John was born in Paterson and was the son of the late George Boscarino, Sr. and Rose Boscarino, both formally from Paterson and Totowa, and the brother of the late George Boscarino, Jr. from Oceanport. John is survived by his identical twin brother, Dr. Joseph Boscarino of Ramsey and five nieces and nephews: Karen Bohlin, Kathy Boscarino, David Boscarino (from Atlanta), and Joseph and Andrew Boscarino (from Ramsey). John was a graduate of Passaic Valley High School (1964) and the Germain School of Photography in New York City. Before retiring several years ago, John was a professional fashion photographer in New York City with his company, Boscarino Fashion Studios and was well-known in the industry. John served with the US Army from 1966-1968 and from 1967-1968 in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Division. In 1968, he was awarded a Bronze Star for Valor for heroism in ground combat for his actions during the 1968 Vietnam Tet Offensive, among other combat decorations.
