Nathan Connizzo - Class Of 1964

LITTLE FALLS - Nathan "Nate" Connizzo, 65, of Little Falls, died April 28, 2012. 

Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident of Little Falls, a town he loved very much. He served his community as a police officerfirefighter and as a member of the local rescue squad. He volunteered many hours with the Little Falls Athletic Club as a coach, commissioner and as a sports safety instructor. He was active in local politics serving several terms as president of the Little Falls Republican Club. 

Connizzo was an instructor of emergency care for the Passaic County EMS Academy and was an instructor for the local office of Emergency Management. He was a transportation safety director for several large motor carriers and was a consultant to others. Highly respected in his field, he was invited to address the US Department of Transportation in Washington, DC on the subject of intermodal transportation safety and accident prevention. Connizzo was a U.S. Army veteran during the Vietnam War

Husband of Rita (Tufaro) Connizzo. Father of Robert, Rita, Christine Price and Dana Brobeck. Brother of Mrs. Michael (Marie) Solimene. Uncle of his niece and nephews
