There was a Billy Quinn from .west .Paterson... Lived on Rockland Ave..had a brother, Joe, from class of  "60"... Cousin of Sharon Donnelly.... I lived around the block from him.... If he is the same one.... Very nice family.... Only knew him as young boy....

Ronald Falasca (1964)

Bill Quinn, lived in West Paterson, we graduated Memorial School in 1960 and PV in 1964. The last time i saw Billy was in Vietnam in 1967. Ron Falasca.

This is what I found on ANCESTRY.COM .

I'm not sure it's our "Bill Quinn", but the residence and dates seem reasonable.

NAME: William H. Quinn

RESIDENCE: Little Falls, Passaic County, New Jersey  07424

BORN: October 5, 1945

DIED: August 30, 2007

Also, his middle initial was 'H' per our yearbook. (Which I still have.)

And he had a Social Security number issued in New Jersey in 1961 or 1962.

QUINN William Harry, age 61 of West Paterson at rest in West Paterson on a August 30, 2007. Loving father of Denise Honey and her husband Scott of Blairstown and Gregory Quinn of Summit. Adoring grandfather of Sean and Owen Honey. Dear brother of Joseph Quinn of Morris Plains. Born in Passaic, he was a lifelong resident of West Paterson. He was an Investigator/Superintendent for the Passaic County Board of Elections, Paterson, for 11 years before retiring in 2006. Mr. Quinn was a proud and dedicated member, Past Commander of the American Legion Post # 227, Totowa. He was also a member of the Battisti Club, Paterson. Mr. Quinn was a Vietnam Veteran and a recipient of three Purple Hearts, a Bronze Star and Air Medal. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA, on September 19, 2007 at 2 PM. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Legion Post # 227, 180 Union Blvd. Totowa, NJ 07512 would be appreciated.
